- Started franchise headquarters management after business transfer of the Kibou-ken franchise system from KIBOU FOOD SERVICE CO., LTD. and HOPE CATERING CO., LTD. * Began by managing 18 restaurants (including directly managed restaurants and franchise restaurants)
- April 2008
- Opened Kibou-ken Higashi-Kakogawa branch as a Kibou-ken model restaurant
- February 2012
- Opened Kibou-ken Shinjuku 3-chome branch as the first restaurant in Tokyo
- July 2012
- Opened a Sapporo ramen restaurant, Misogin, in Sakae, Nagoya as a new type of business
- August 2012
- Currently managing 45 restaurants including directly managed and franchise restaurants as of the end of August 2018
